ATCF Taiwan Travel Grants support Griffith University students undertaking eligible study, internships, placements, research or other approved learning experiences in Taiwan.

The program encourages students to engage with Taiwan’s culture, society, education system and industry, while developing global perspectives and intercultural capability through an immersive international experience.

Grant details

• Two grants are available each year.

• Each successful recipient will receive A$3,500 to assist with the costs of their approved program in Taiwan.

• Programs must be approved by Griffith University.

• Applicants must meet any additional eligibility requirements specified during the application process.

Eligible programs

Approved learning experiences in Taiwan may include:

• Trimester exchange programs

• Short-term study programs

• Internships and work-integrated learning placements

• Research activities, including those undertaken by higher degree by research (HDR) students

• Other approved educational experiences

Recipient responsibilities

Successful recipients are expected to:

• Complete their approved program in Taiwan.

• Act as ambassadors for Griffith University and the ATCF program.

• Submit a post-program report, testimonial or other reflective activity as requested.
